This was a personal cooking triumph for me. 
One of the restaurants near me serves this cake (they don't make it they buy it in bulk) which is my favorite cake ever, called Chocolate Lovin' Spoon Cake. It involves 4 different kinds of chocolate: the cake itself, the filling between the layers which is a mousse/cream cheese sort of thing, a fudge icing, and chocolate shavings. Since it's a commercial cake the recipe for it isn't available, although I found several other recipes labeled chocolate spoon cake, some of which involved chocolate sauce (which I don't like) and some involved cherries or raspberries. Anyway I experimentally made a filling (cream cheese based) and an icing (using honey and heavy whipping cream among other things). The cake was a regular commercial mix with some extra coco thrown in, and butter substituted when I discovered I was out of oil. Shavings on the top are bittersweet chocolate. And it is yummy :happy: although the sugar might kill me if I ate too much all at once.
