Christmas Cookies (part 2)

Ok ... so I've decided to start baking my christmas cookies tomorrow.

I have 5 so far (one doesn't require baking) and I like to put 6 varieties in each tin. This is what I have so far:

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Plain ol' Chocolate chip
Chocolate Butter Cookies
Coconut macaroons (thanks to whomever posted this recipe earlier)
Rum balls

I need another suggestion!! I'd like to try something different but I can't decide!! Anyone have one they make for Christmas that they just love love love?
