Ok, I had a couple of requests for this one, so here it is for everyone to see.
Greek Layered Dip
Ingredients:
1 container 8 oz. Chive & Onion cream cheese spread
1 container 8 oz. Hummus
1 med. Cucumber peeled, seeded, and chopped
3 med. Italian plum tomatoes seeded, and chopped
1 can sliced black olives 2.5 oz.
4 oz. Container crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped red onion
dill to taste
Spread layer of cream cheese, then hummus and remaining ingredients in order listed. YUM!
**as far as the black olives go, it's better with Kalamata than just regular black olives
**Serve with baked pita chips
I've given this recipe out many times since I started making it. People enjoy it and it's a nice change from the Mexican Seven Layer dip. Enjoy!
