This has probably been posted many times before but I found it rather interesting considering most doctors would tell me I was 'unhealthy' and 'very obese' according to my weight. I just found this calculator,

I have a waist measurement of 42" and a hip measurement of 58" my calculated waist to hip ratio is 0.72 and 'appears to be within a healthy range'. So yeah finding that out and also recently having my blood pressure taken (with healthy results) has cheered me right up. So yeah I'm feeling fat, healthy and happy. Long may this continue, in fact next time I am picked on by a doctor or any other health 'professional' I may just ask calmly and serenely if they could work out my hip to waist ratio and 'explain' the results to me?
