This is a really long and embarrassing story,but basically the bf is an alcoholic. He's never struck me but he can be emotionally abusive when drinking (or a happy drunk). When I came back from tx this last time there was a collection of thieves and petty criminals hanging about. They weren't contributing anything to the house financially, just bringing in alcohol and drugs. I had been paying all the utilities because the bf had lost his job (he finally has another). I stopped paying all of them and just started paying 1/8th. Well the power got cut off 2 weeks ago because no one else is paying on it and it is cold. And dark. I am blessed to have access to the internet through a cell phone because I have a friend who is paying that bill for now. I live in the south so I am blessed to not have to deal with subzero temps but it will be 28 today. I'm basically living in my car and sleeping in a dark cold house. I took out a payday loan so I could have a week in a motel 6 which I have slated for February 6-13th. We can't cook anything, I've been eating cold pop tarts, bread and peanut butter and cold cans of soup and such. The utility assistance people won't talk to me because I'm not the account holder. He won't seek assistance. I'm getting sick.
One of my kitties just died and I don't think I can get the money to cremate her
The good news is I've been offered a place to live back in tx rent free in a 32 foot rv rent free (just pay for my own propane) but I can't leave until my disability check comes in. My car needs 2 tires (currently have no spare) and desperately needs a tuneup and oil change and the people on whose property I will be staying are long distance truck drivers and will be out on the road.
I so hate to beg but I could sure use some financial assistance. Since I will be living rent free I should be able to pay anyone back who chose to help or pay it forward whichever you would like
I know many of you don't know me but I have been around these parts since the bbwqt days. This is truly humiliating. I used to have a decent middle class job and my own home. Now I'm pretty close to being homeless
