So...I'm happy at my size but worried about what the future might bring me, so I would like to tone up, become more active, and maybe lose a little...mostly though, I want to be able to say that I do some exersize every day.
I am concidering getting a video or two, I would like to get into some cardio, yoga, or pilates, but please bear in mind that I am over 300 pounds, so it can't be too extreme.
Does anyone have a favorite video, or any videos they reccomend? Like I said, weight loss isn't the main concern, but increased energy levels and toning up are.
