So out of nowhere the other night, I decided I want to make crock pot rice pudding. Now, I want to make it the real way: with rum. I was thinking today, maybe Bacardi's coconut rum? But I'm not sure how that would taste: cinnamon and coconut rum. And I can't decide!!!
So I need some fellow foodee help from you guys! What do you think? Rice pudding with regular dark rum, or light coconut rum?
