So I'm thinking maybe I should lose some weight. I'm thinking maybe about 100lbs, just to regain some mobility and whatnot. I didn't want to post this on the main board because well I don't want to offend people.
I'm about 5'8.5 and 360. And I'm just wondering how many cals I should be eating? I've got a really slow metabolism, so I can't eat too many, yet I don't want to eat too little because I don't want my body to go into starvation mode.
I don't eat too much junk at the mo.
Also I'm curious about exercise. Obviously I can't do much but I'd like to do a little.
