Speaking as a polar bear, those cakes look too beautiful too eat. I must buy one of those baking pans.I bought a silicone baking pan for snowflake shaped muffins. Four of six came out very nice...

Can you describe it, please? Seems like I'm more inclined to think pineapple upside down cake should be yellow cake, doesn't the sponge cake conflict with the pineapple's snap?Made a pineapple angel food cake today. I love it!
It's just angel food cake mix mixed with a can of crushed pineapple (with the juice) and nothing else. Bake it and enjoy. Super easy and delish.
