Okay...

I am trying to learn how to do the bolder eyeliner style. I am honestly not sure what I need and I have tried various kinds with no success. I just make a big mess.
Any how...does anyone have any suggestions for the bolder eyeliner look?
Also applying issues...
For example, I can do my right eye but my left eye twitches all to hell and I wind up looking like a raccoon.
I purchased some of the liquid eye liner and the brush but I can't seem to get it to go on very smoothly. I am doing something wrong I am sure.
Please help.
I guess I am just backwoods and used to pencils.
