Fat Friendly Sergeon in Memphis, TN?

Hi,
I am having gall bladder trouble and need to have surgery. I live close to the Memphis area, and want to have it done there, but I am not familar with any fat friendly general sergeons. Does anyone here have any experience with one who might be good? I'm a supersize BBW, and think I need someone experienced in operating on patients in the 500 pound range.
