I have to admit, I'm hesitant to start another NHL thread since the participation over the last few seasons seems to be dwindling, but what the heck...
Getting ready to watch the Senators home opener on TV, and I'm optimistic to a certain extent. We have a younger team, so that can go in any direction, but we have Ryan, Karlsson, MacArthur, Turris, and Lehner locked in for a few seasons. A decent core, and we'll see what Zibanejad and Lazar can do this year.
I hate that Montreal seems to be a contender in the East this year again, but I'm looking forward to seeing how Toronto shoots themselves in the foot this time.
