Too fat to graduate?

I found this brief article in The Week Magazine dated December 4, 2009:

Twenty-five seniors at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania may be barred from graduating because they're too fat. Lincoln's four-year-old "Fitness for Life" policy requires obese freshmen to lose weight or take a class in nutrition. Yet 25 members of the Class of 2010 have done neither. "No student should leave Lincoln and not know the risks of obesity," said school official James DeBoy.
